This is a cute little substitute when you’re at work and cannot get the gym etc. The thing is fairly simple to use and is great for stretches etc. Mind you, this is not for the avid gym-goer/body builder etc. This is just something that can either get you started on the exercise trail or keep you limber on days where you cannot find the time to get out of the office/house etc. Super easy to carry and store and very tiny footprint. Would def. recommend espl. for the price!
